We provide a detailed proforma invoice with pricing, lead times, and payment terms. Free samples shipped for qualification.

Once you confirm the PI and arrange advance payment, production begins. We keep you updated on progress.

QC & Pre-Shipment Photos

All orders pass QC inspection. We send packaging photos before shipment so you can verify before releasing balance payment.

Goods shipped with full documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COO, and any required test certificates.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Can I get free samples?
Yes. We provide free product samples to qualified buyers. You cover the courier shipping cost. Samples shipped within 3–5 business days.
How long does production take?
Standard products: 7–15 business days. Custom specifications: 15–25 business days depending on complexity and volume.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union. Typically 30% advance payment with balance before shipment.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard products, our MOQ is typically 1 carton (approximately 36 rolls). For custom sizes, custom printed tape, or private label products, MOQs are higher — usually one production run minimum. Contact our sales team with your specific requirements for an exact MOQ.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — most common; L/C at sight — for large orders; Western Union — for smaller orders. Standard terms are 30% advance payment with the balance due before shipment. L/C and other terms available for established customers or large orders.
How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
We commit to responding to all inquiries within 24 hours, seven days a week. For urgent requirements, you can also contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. A senior sales consultant will be assigned to your account.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide free product samples to all qualified buyers. The sample itself is free of charge — you only need to cover the international courier cost (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Samples are shipped within 3–5 business days of confirmation. We strongly encourage sampling before bulk orders to ensure the product meets your exact requirements.

What temperature range can your tapes withstand?
Temperature performance varies by product. Standard BOPP tape: −20°C to +60°C. General masking tape: up to 80°C. Automotive masking tape: up to 120°C. High-temperature masking tape: up to 200°C. Cold storage hot-melt tape: down to −40°C. We can advise on the right product for your specific temperature environment.
What standard sizes and specifications do you offer?
Standard BOPP tape: 48mm × 66m and 48mm × 100m are most common. Masking tape: 18mm, 24mm, 36mm, 48mm widths. Thickness ranges from 40μm to 60μm for BOPP tape. All dimensions are customisable — we can produce non-standard widths, lengths, and core sizes to your exact specification.
Customisation & Private Label
Can you produce custom printed tape with our logo?
Yes. We produce custom printed BOPP tape with up to 6 spot colours. You can print your brand logo, company name, shipping warnings, security void messages, or promotional text. We handle plate-making in-house. Provide us with your artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF) and we’ll produce a colour proof for approval before production.
Do you offer private label / white label manufacturing?
Yes. We are an experienced private label manufacturer for tape distributors and branded retailers worldwide. We can produce to your brand’s packaging specifications, apply your labels, and ship in your branded cartons. NDA agreements available on request. Contact us to discuss your private label programme requirements.
Can you match a specific adhesive performance requirement?
In many cases, yes. Our R&D team can formulate adhesives to match specific tack, peel strength, shear resistance, or temperature performance targets. Please provide a technical data sheet or sample of the product you need to match. We’ll assess feasibility and advise on lead times and MOQs for custom formulations.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your production lead times?
Standard products: 7–15 business days after advance payment received. Custom printed tape: 15–20 business days (includes plate-making and proof approval). Custom specifications or new formulations: 20–30 business days. Lead times may vary during peak seasons. We will always confirm production lead time on your proforma invoice.
What shipping methods and Incoterms do you use?
We ship by sea (FCL and LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx). We work with FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP Incoterms depending on your preference. We can work with your designated forwarder or arrange freight through our own logistics partners. We ship to 60+ countries worldwide.
What export documents do you provide?
We provide: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (or Airway Bill), Certificate of Origin (CO/Form E/Form A as applicable), any required product test certificates and compliance documents. SGS inspection available on request. Fumigation certificate available for wooden packaging where required.
Quality & Certifications
What quality certifications does Tongxie hold?
We hold: ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, RoHS compliance, REACH compliance, SGS third-party testing, TÜV inspection certificates, and Bureau Veritas (BVCE) certification. Full certificate copies available on request. All certifications are actively maintained with annual surveillance audits.
Can I conduct a factory audit before ordering?
Yes, we welcome factory audits. You can visit our Suzhou facility in person, or we can arrange a virtual factory tour via video call. We can also provide our factory profile document, quality management system documentation, and existing audit reports from other customers (where permission has been granted).
What if I receive a product that doesn’t meet specification?
We take quality issues seriously. If products don’t meet the agreed specifications, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos and test evidence. We will investigate promptly and provide a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue. Our QC process minimises this risk — pre-shipment photos and certificates are provided for every order.
